Low Carb Slow Cooker Ham

Moist and tender Ham.

This is a great way to prepare a Ham. It saves room in the oven on Holidays and you can serve this Ham straight from the slow cooker on your buffet table.

LOW CARB SLOW COOKER HAM

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bone In, Smoked, Half Ham
  • 1 Can Diet or Sugar Free Cola
  • 3/4 Cup Organic Brown Coconut Sugar

Directions:

1. Place the Ham in a 7 or 8 Quart Slow Cooker. Your slow cooker needs to be large enough to accommodate the size Ham you purchased.

2. Pour the Cola all over the Ham into the Slow Cooker.

3. Press the Brown Coconut Sugar all over the top of the Ham.

4. Cover and cook the Ham for 4-5 hours on low.

5. After 4-5 hours, remove the Ham and slice it. Put the slices back in the Slow Cooker in the liquid. Turn the Slow Cooker down to the Keep Warm setting. Serve the Ham straight from the Slow Cooker. It will remain moist because of the liquid and it will be warm for serving.
